Short Term Lease

Short Term Lease Agreements (month to month with only one month notice to terminate)

Payments to be made via EFT, Direct Deposit or, preferably Debit Order (loaded and arranged by Quality Storage with your signature of authorisation)

Long Term Lease

Long Term Lease Agreements (minimum 12 months – bound to complete and/or pay for the full rental period signed for). With this choice, you qualify to earn your 13th month rental, free of charge. You are also protected from unexpected price increases during the lease period

Bulk Payments in Advance

Advance Payments of 12 months or more, qualify for a 5% discount and once again protect you from any unexpected price increases.

Deposits

All leases have an extra, refundable deposit to be settled prior to occupation, the cost equivalent to one month rental per unit leased. Deposits are refunded within 3 working days after termination of the lease agreement, whereby there are no rental arrears or damages to the storage unit.

Bulk Unit Rentals

Bulk Unit Rentals are negotiable, depending on the quantity and payment terms.
